In a series of profiles, we’ll celebrate some of our teachers who have recently earned advanced degrees. 

Our second grade teacher, Ms. Gabriella Uribazo, recently earned a Masters in Education in Teaching and Learning with a specialization in Experiential Learning for Early Childhood from Clemson University.  As part of her studies, she participated in an original research project examining the importance of sight word acquisition and strategies to enhance sight word acquisition in early childhood students.
