In Grade 5, our students are learning about the role of water and how it relates to, and affects, other systems on Earth. To learn more about this topic, and about professions in weather, Grade 5 welcomed a special guest on Monday, a meteorologist!
Mr. Bryce Williams is a meteorologist for the National Weather Service in Boston. During his zoom presentation, he talked about various types of bad weather and natural disasters. He also talked about his role as a meteorologist and gave our students insight on what it means to study and interpret the weather.
