College Financial Aid Night with ENC

Last week, our Juniors and Seniors were visited by three special guests! 

On Tuesday during College Financial Aid Night, SSCA had the pleasure of welcoming Dr. Tim Rees and Lesley Britton, both of Eastern Nazarene College! Dr. Tim Rees is the Vice President for Enrollment Management at ENC while Lesley Britton is the Director of Undergraduate Admissions at ENC and is an SSCA Alumna, class of 2008. 

During this event, Junior and Senior students and families listened to their presentation about college guidance and were able to ask questions about FAFSA, CSS profile, scholarships, and financial choices. 

On Thursday, Adila Brondyk, former SSCA teacher and current Senior Admissions Counselor at Gordon College, came to SSCA to work with our Seniors regarding college guidance! During this time, Mrs. Brondyk presented a workshop to our Seniors about what college admissions counselors are looking for in an application. She was also able to present information about Gordon College to any interested high school students and stayed to participate in Chapel. 

SSCA is thankful for the time and expertise that our friends from ENC and Gordon College shared with us!
