In chapel, the Upper School reflected on Martin Luther King, Jr’s life and listened to his “What Is Your Life’s Blueprint?” speech. This speech was delivered to students at Barratt Junior High School in 1967. In this speech, Martin Luther King Jr. emphasizes this basic principle: you must have determination to achieve excellence in various fields or endeavors.
As a result, our Upper School students were reminded that whatever they set out to do in life, they should do it with a sense of excellence!
