In Lower School Chapel today, we announced the official amount that was raised for Heifer International during Literacy Month. We are excited to announce that Lower School raised $6,038, which is $1,038 OVER our donation goal! A large check was presented by Mr. Hunley and a student from each class. Our students became excited and cheered as they saw the amount of money they had raised for a great cause!
Lower School plans to purchase an Ark, as well as other animals, for Heifer International. An Ark includes two water buffalo, two cows, two sheep, two goats, bees, chicks, rabbits, and more!
