South Shore Christian Academy exists to glorify Jesus Christ by revealing truth, imparting knowledge, stimulating spiritual growth, and developing Christian character in young men and women through a college preparatory curriculum taught by Christian teachers.
At SSCA, truth is the blueprint for a life lived according to God’s call. Knowledge is the set of tools needed to build that life. Spiritual growth is understanding how to use those tools for beautiful purposes. And Christian character is evidenced when we put those tools to use to build the life we are called to.
South Shore Christian Academy is the only fully-accredited Preschool-12 Christian school on the South Shore.
As an independent, non-denominational, college-preparatory Christian school, we reflect God’s kingdom in our diversity and unity. Our families and staff come from over 40 cities and town, representing many Christian denominations and a vibrant array of racial, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds.
Our highly qualified faculty, AP and Harkness courses, college guidance program, and robust student leadership opportunities prepare students to live their calling in college and beyond.
Purpose:
South Shore Christian Academy graduates leaders who “do justice, love mercy, and walk humbly with God” (Micah 6:8) in every sphere. The complex skills of leadership are developed by exercising them – so, Micah 6:8 leadership defines the SSCA experience.
