Sibling Pick-Up Form

No student is permitted to pick-up a lower school student without this written permission. For an older student to retrieve the younger student, they are to go to the Main Office after school and ask that the lower school student be instructed to come to the Main Office.

SSCA recognizes that the upper school student(s) mentioned above is an approved babysitter for the family. I understand that these students may not remain in the building and are to go home, or to another location that I have designated. SSCA does not permit its facilities to be used in a babysitting capacity. I further understand and acknowledge that SSCA is not responsible for the care of the lower school student after they are picked-up. I also acknowledge that SSCA does provide After Care services for lower school students in the event that I desire to have an SSCA employee monitor my lower school student after the completion of the school day. Finally, I agree that it is my responsibility to update Renweb (under “Transportation”) of this permission and to notify the school of any changes made to my “pick-up” permission.*
