Math Olympics

This event is for students in Grades 3-8. 

Math Olympics is a competition for olympians and gives students the opportunity to engage in advanced computation and problem solving, not grade level math. In each grade, up to six olympians and two alternates may be selected based upon a qualifying test, math grade, behavior, and desire. Competitors will be announced by classroom teachers. Olympians will have extra practice sessions prior to the ACSI competition.

Due to Covid restrictions, Christian schools across our region will not be meeting for the competition. Instead, our students will remain here to take the final competitive exams. The exact date of when this final competitive exam is will be announced later this month. Results will be sent to the ACSI coordinator to determine the top 5 students in each grade level and category among all the schools. Awards are presented at our year-end award ceremony!
